Fashion is such a huge hobby of mine and I love spotting trends on the runway, to later buy some of it for myself and to try something completely new. This year one of the biggest trends have for sure been the 70-inspired look filled with suede materials, pussybow blouses and fit and flare jeans. So I decided to recreate the look myself. This outfit has such an outdoor vibe if you ask me and I feel so comfortable in it. I have never owned anything made out of a suede-like material before, and I really do not know why, because I have completely fallen in love with this jacket.
For me style means to wear what you feel comfortable in and basically what makes you you. No matter what the trends or people around you might be telling you to dress like. If you really love wearing something, you will feel so much better and happier throughout the day, than wearing something that is not really in your style-era.
So if you are anything like me it might be time to get those fit-and-flare jeans, pussybow blouses and suede jackets out and begin displaying your inner hippie ;)
Meet Your Author
Ida is author of the book ‘The One Who Is Always Near’ and a lifestyle blogger behind the blog ‘Living Life Fully Alive’. She currently lives in Denmark, but she has also lived in the US for some time with her family.
She is passionate about living life fully alive (as her blog indicates) and a way of doing this is always trying to make every little moment worth remembering and completely amazing, because every moment has the potential to become an amazing memory. Her motto is: “You are beautifully created and intentionally placed not just to exist, but to live fully alive” When she is not writing she is busy catching up with the homework that comes with being a full-time student.
What inspired you to blog?
After writing and publishing my book and not having a new writing project to work on, I really missed having a platform to share my writing and thoughts on. For many years I have loved reading blogs and have been very inspired by the blogs I read, so the thought of starting my own blog was not far away. That is when the idea of starting a blog came into mind and soon after ‘Living Life Fully Alive’ was started-after much consideration.
I also realized how my writing has blessed so many people previously, so I decided to not waste the voice I have been given, but instead trying to help and inspire as much as I can with what I have.
